The Captain’s House

This trendy apartment was one of 14 kitchens we supplied, and installed within a new development in an historic part of Plymouth.

The brief for this particular apartment was for a minimalist kitchen, one with an industrial look and feel.  Darker kitchens are definitely on trend right now, and this was the perfect opportunity to go matt black for our main finish, combined with copper handle rails and black appliances it definitely gave the apartment the industrial feel and look desired.

We also used the same painted matt black panels to create panelling under the stairs, even creating an opening section to allow access to storage.

With the keen eye of the developer and the clever choice of flooring, decoration and lighting the kitchen definitely delivered on the brief given.  Whilst it might not be for everyone it does play a major part in the overall style of the finished property.
